It was the first Forest School session of the term for our new group! We covered the three main rules of Forest School Which are:

Look after yourself

Look after each other

Look after nature.

After that, we went on a sensory walk to try and see or feel something we never had before. We spotted some nests, held some worms and felt some smooth tree stumps.

Then, we got muddy! We dug into the mud and squeezed it with our hands, we made balls and Hamza even made the shape of Bangladesh!

“I’m not normally allowed to get my hands dirty. Squeezing the mud felt like heaven!” – Alia

“The mud felt cold and refreshing for my hands.” – Mohammed
