The Arts Council have been working with Heather Libson, an artist from Bow Arts, over the past few weeks to transform our library space. They thought about their favourite books from childhood, and The Very Hungry Caterpillar was a book that everyone had very fond memories of. Heather taught us how to make a sculpture out of willow and tissue paper. The Arts Council had a lot of fun making a giant caterpillar, a butterfly, and lots and lots of food. The library looks amazing. We celebrated the end of the project through sharing a caterpillar cake. Thank you Heather!
