This half term in Forest School, we have spent time exploring our outdoor area and appreciating how lucky we are to have this space. Den building has been one of our favourite activities, and we have worked in teams to build some brilliant shelters, which we have then used in our imaginative play.

We have learnt a new skill of Nordic braiding, where we use our trees and a partner to create bracelets. This required lots of teamwork and coordination skills.

We have discussed how birds survive across the seasons and made some amazing Apple Bird Feeders for our feathered friends.

We have also been creative making mud faces… Can you spot Mr Bogustov and Frida Kahlo?
