In Year 3, we have started to learn all about angles. First, we revisited what we learned in Year 2 about position and direction. In our first lesson, we explored important mathematical vocabulary, focusing on direction, turns, lines, and finally, angles.

We looked for angles in our class. It was super easy to find right angles.

Examples: table, book, pencil case, displays

It was trickier to find acute and obtuse angles in our classroom, but we persevered and found some.
