This week, children throughout the school took part in activities involving number. Here is what children in Tagore Class had to say about it:
MD Hamza: ” I used my knowledge of the hundred square and I knew that if the number on the right hand side is 20 then on the opposite side the number will be 11 because I used my imagination!”
Safa “I found that behind 60 is 51 because I visualised in my head and I imagined the numbers and the hundred square in my brain. That helped me”
Jahiem “Maths is fun. I am a imaginative mathematician!!”
