Hi Lansbury Lawrence community, Ms Atif wanted to share some moments from her annual Science club which she hosts every summer term. This year was as jam packed with fun as it is every year! Pupils that participated in the club did a range of exciting activities and learning such as perfume making, volcano building (and erupting), making models of the lungs and skittles experiment to name a few. Pupils got hands on and practical, something they love to do. They used a range of resources such as weighing scales, chromatography paper, funnels, test tubes, balloons, rose water, baking powder and vinegar to name a few. They worked and felt like real scientists, something we really encourage here at Lansbury Lawrence. We hope to see more pupils join Science club in the new academic year!
