Our PE lessons have included a dance unit this half term. The students have learnt what a motif is and created sequences to help tell a story.
Students have focused on collaboration and expression to produce a final performance that tells the tale of hunters and wild animals walking through a forest before encountering each other and reacting as friend or foe.
The challenges were staying in character throughout the performance and coordinating our movements with the music, but we enjoyed practising and being imaginative.
