Please enjoy the highlights from our first half term in year two. It has been exciting to learn more about the people who help us in our community, and we are looking forward to building on what we have learnt after the holidays.
Nahid, Maryam: Next half term, we will be better because we will try even harder. We will aslo get to read more books, and we might even get to visit the theatre again.
Minh: I enjoyed English, maths and IT the most.
Amira: P4C was the best for me.
Afreen: My favourite moment was when we went to the theatre to watch the dinosaur show.
Haydn: I did history this half term and I liked it.
Rayyan: Visiting the fire station was my best memory. We got to go inside. Next half term, I hope I can do lots more.
We ended the half term with solving problems in maths. Children focused on finding different possibilities and discussing ideas to help each other.
