Last half term, we read The Very Hungry Caterpillar.

ordering and matching sentences using colourful semantics
writing sentences using colourful semantics
using adjectives to describe our paintings of the objects from the story
cutting, ordering and sticking
our published writing
learning about different foods
learning about our own diet
comparing our diet to the caterpillar’s diet
sorting food into two categories – foods I like and foods I do not like
