Last half term, our topic was Stone Age-Iron Age. We read Cave Baby. The book Cave Baby is about a cheeky little baby who goes on a thrilling adventure and meets some interesting animals along the way.

Identifying characters

Identifying the physical features of the animals. First we focused on nouns.
and then we added adjectives to describe!
We learnt about where the animals came from.
We had lots of fun recreating paintings from the story.
We wrote simple sentences about the story.
