This week, Lansbury Lawrence hosted colleagues from the South of England and London for Peer Learning Group 2 for the National Professional Qualification for Leading Teacher Development. There was a wealth of experience and a range of roles within the group from headteachers, subject leads, consultants and lead practitioners covering all phases of education.
We discussed and unpicked research from evidence-based studies, in particular the Education Endowment Foundation with a focus on designing effective professional development to support teacher development and better outcomes for children/learners.
