Last week in Hepworth class we had a visit from the wonderful artist and designer Lea Jagendorf. With Lea we searched through our school’s photography archive that chronicles Lansbury Lawrence’s brilliantly rich history.

From the pictures we came came up with lots of questions about former students and teachers, as well as the building itself. These questions will be used along with designs inspired by the Festival of Britain and the 1950s to create a big exhibition in the entrance of our school.

It’s safe to say it was both an informative and inspirational day in Hepworth class!
