This term we have been reading the story the Little Red Hen. In the story the Little Red Hen asks for help to make bread but some of the animals did not want to help her! But we all wanted to help her, to say thank-you the Little Red Hen sent us a letter and gave us the ingredients to make bread. We had to mix the dough and the water, we then needed to knead the dough and roll it into small balls. The best part of this is that we got to eat the bread after making it, it was Delicious!! We give the bread a big thumbs up!
Last week we were being builders, we used the hammers and the nails to join the shapes to the cork board. We had to hold the nail carefully into the hole of the shape and tap the hammer on the top of the nail to keep the shape secure.
