Hamilton class are wrapped up and ready for Winter. They have thick warm coats, woolly hats and gloves. Every day we go into the garden to play and we make sure that we are zipped up. If we get too cold we go into the warm classroom. On our Winter walk it snowed a little bit and we tried to catch the snowflakes on our hands.
We went on a Winter walk to compare the season of Autumn and Winter. We noticed that the leaves had fallen off the trees and hedges. That there was only a bit of colour in the garden and this was from the evergreen leaves. We did notice the stems of some flowers starting to grow. We wondered what they could be.
In class, for fine motor practice we were making snowmen with the playdough. We had scarves, hats and bits and pieces to make our snowmen look real. Do you like them?
