Dear Parents and Carers
Do you like gardening? Joe our school gardener will be coming in during the holidays on Mondays and Wednesdays for a few weeks during the summer holiday. If you would like to come in and volunteer as a parent gardener during this time, please could you let the office know by emailing admin@lansburylawrence.towerhamlets.sch.uk with the subject Parent Gardeners. You are welcome to bring your children along to these sessions too.
On Wednesday, it was the annual THAMES Celebration Concert at The People’s Palace, Queen Mary University. The concert celebrates the achievements of children who show a particular talent in music. We are very proud that Nosheen and Shefa from year 6 were invited to take part, and it was a fantastic performance.
At the Seaside!
All of year 1 visited Chalkwell Beach last week. They had a fantastic time paddling in the sea and exploring the beach.
