We were over the moon to find out that our school has been awarded silver for the Pearson National Teaching, Primary School of the Year – Making a Difference, award. We announced the news in a whole school assembly on Thank a Teacher Day. The trophy has been touring the school, and everyone has commented on how shiny and heavy it is!
We are now put forward for the gold award, which will be revealed in November.
We consider ourselves very lucky to work at Lansbury Lawrence, and want to take this opportunity to thank all of our community – this award is recognition of the work we do together.
