The last two weeks have been full of festive cheer as Shireen class celebrates Christmas. We have enjoyed the school Christmas dinner, complete with turkey, cranberry sauce and all the trimmings. We even got crackers and ice cream! Inside the crackers were hats which we wore all afternoon and had a wonderful time.
Our Christmas Show and Crafting afternoon.
A definite highlight of our Christmas learning was of course, our Christmas show! We invited parents to watch us sing 5 Christmas songs and afterwards we got to craft with our parents. The children worked really hard on learning the lyrics and actions and did such an amazing job! After weeks of practice we were delighted to finally show off our singing. We are very proud of ourselves! A big thank you to all the parents who came and showed their support.
A party to remember!
We are ending our Christmas celebrations with a party! We all looked lovely in our party clothes and we had lots of snacks and danced and danced. We played party games such as musical statues and were all great sports! What a fantastic end to a fantastic term! We look forward to returning in Spring 1!
