Kahlo Class visited the Courtauld Gallery yesterday. We explored the collection and took part in different activities connected to portraiture. We looked at portraits on ceramics and portraits within paintings. We looked very closely to learn how we could discover the story behind the different portraits. We used our technical vocabulary, such as composition and sitter, and had a great time learning and drawing.
