On Friday, Hokusai journeyed underground at the Guildhall Art Gallery to find London’s Roman Amphitheatre. Having reached 6 metres below street level, the class used their skills as archaeologists to examine artefacts and ancient ruins from 2,000 years ago!
Our two gladiators, Ayath-onius and Amara-maximus, even entertained the baying crowd with a gladiatorial battle! ⚔️
