Last week the school council met with parents to discuss air pollution and to show them how they could make small changes that could improve the quality of the air in the local area for everyone. All parents were entered into a prize draw to win a refurbished scooter with one lucky parent walking away with it on the day! The school council have worked really hard in recent weeks to come up with a script for the workshop to include all their ideas, and have been practising to make it perfect in the hope they could help make the environment better for everyone. Their workshop was to coincide with the closure of Ricardo Street on Monday the 25th of March, and the launch of the big pedal this week where children who come into school walking or on a bike or scooter have a chance to win some fabulous prizes! Happy scooting!
