Dear Parents and Carers

Thank you to all of the parents and carers who came in for the class exhibitions this week. All of our children were very proud to share their learning with you, and there was a fantastic community atmosphere around school. Exhibitions are a great way to celebrate what each class has achieved, and we hold them in the last week of every half term. The dates of exhibitions are put on this newsletter, and we also send a text out. If you are not receiving texts, please do go to the office to check we have your correct contact details on file.

Year 5 Music Concert

Year 5 celebrated their learning of a musical instrument by performing in their very own Music Concert. Performing to parents and children in the top hall, they played pieces of music they have been learning with their instrumental tutors. It was wonderful to watch and acknowledge the children’s progress and achievement on their musical instrument.

Lansbury Lawrence Tablecloths

These beautiful tablecloths are the result of a collaboration between a group of our children, parents and artist, Francesca Anfossi. They were commissioned by the Whitechapel Gallery, and are designed for us to use when we are teaching cooking lessons at Lansbury Lawrence.
