This week in O’Keeffe class we have been looking at the weather and the seasons.

We have started to think about what type of trees we have, deciduous, where the leaves fall in Autumn and Winter time and Evergreen where they replenish all year round. We had a visit to our garden.

We gathered some leaves to add to our autumn trees we are creating in our science lesson.

We have also been looking at our class artist, Georgia O’Keeffe. Our class is named after her and we have been learning all about her paintings. In fact we even did our own book covers inspired by Georgia.

Every Friday we have art and today we will be starting to work on a landscape collage also inspired by Georgia.
