3A and 3B have been exploring light as part of science week at Lansbury Lawrence. To find out more about what we can see where there is no light we peered inside a shoebox to see if we could identify the contents! Would it be easier to see dark, colourful or shiny objects?

Here are the children’s conclusions:

“I think it was easier to see the cup because it was shiny” Abdul.

“I could see the silver cup better than the really black glove” Md Ayham.

“The dark object was a glove and in no light and some light I couldn’t see it” Maryam.
