We have had some new arrivals in our school this week! The chickens!! In class we were talking about how we should look after the chickens and how we should be respectful towards animals, as we are towards humans. We thought about how we could help each other remember to respect the chickens and we came up with the idea of a Chicken Contract. Inspired by our own Class Contract we came up with lots of rules and ideas of how we should treat and look after the chickens. We wrote our contracts and then drew pictures of the chickens. We hope our contracts will help everyone to treat the chickens with respect.
