Today we did buddy reading with the Year Ones. We introduced ourselves and began reading. Then the Year Ones patiently listened while we read them a couple of books. When we finished their books, we chose another one from a vast variety. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience on Friday afternoon. Safiyyah & Zainab H – Hadid Class
Buddy reading with the Year Ones was really fun and exciting! We picked our partners and read with them. We showed them picture books and read some chapter books with them. I was surprised when my partner could read at such a high level. The sad part was when we had to leave our partners. We had a really fun time! Ahsana & Nubia – Hadid Class
