We have had a great first week back at nursery. We have been having lots of fun outdoors and experiencing different types of weather!
On Tuesday it was hot and sunny outside so we enjoyed making sun catchers. We held them in front of the sun and looked at the way that the colours were reflected onto the ground.
I got my stick and wrapped it in blue and yellow. Then I see it on the ground.

I made it front of Areen to make the colours, orange and green and red. It came because of the sunshine.

On Wednesday it was raining. We did lots of painting outside and explored mixing colours. We hung our pictures up in the rain and looked to see whether we noticed anything happening to our pictures. Our paper got very wet and soggy!

I’m using blue, but now I’m going to use yellow. I mixed all the colours up together. Yeah it is getting darker.

Making a rainbow. Goes like this way and that way. Look see new colour. Oh no, paper raining. Oh no worry woo it’s all wet.

On Thursday it was very windy. We made some wind streamers using ribbon and sticks. We watched as our wind streamers blew in the breeze.
It’s a magic wand. I turn you into a frog. It has magic powers.
