This week we have been learning about Chinese New Year! We used our cutting skills to make some Chinese lanterns and joined the handle using sellotape.
We also made our very own dragon head by using recycling and papermache then we painted the junk modelling and added some facial features.
We got to try some Chinese snacks, We ate some fortune cookies, they tasted yummy and were crunchy some of us wanted to eat a lot more.
We also learnt about Chinese Calligraphy! We used black ink and a paint brush to write using symbols instead of letters and numbers.
