This week in English we finished our magical object stories. Our characters had different magical objects like paintbrushes, footballs, bowls and webs. We redrafted it at the end of the week, and we published our favourite chapter.
In some of our maths lessons we revised money. We were talking about pounds and pence, and we calculated change. When we were counting money, I remembered to count my pounds then count my pence, and having a note doesn’t mean you always have more money compared to a group of coins.
We have nearly finished learning about continents, so we did a poster in history to share what we have learned about continents, oceans and Christopher Columbus. In history, we also put Christopher Columbus’ story into 5 parts and shared our views. We learned that not everybody has the same view about history.
