Today, Year 3 had a prehistoric adventure when we went back in time to the Stone Age! We blasted back to a cave 8000 years ago. There were no TVs, no Playstations….no electricity! So we settled by the fire to listen to an ancient hunting tale…
The tale was about a boy named Kroll who found the courage to kill his first mammoth…through his uncle’s hunting song. Once the story was finished, we drew the map…but we were in the Stone Age! We didn’t have books or paper or pens….we had to create cave paintings just like they did in prehistoric times! We brought back our cave paintings to the modern day, so we will always remember the story of Kroll and our adventure into pre-history….we all agreed we were happy to be able to turn the lights back on!
