This week Carle class have been on a spring walk to find out what has changed in our outside environment now that the season has changed.
Joe showed us around the garden and explained what is growing now the weather is getting warmer. He also explained that in the green house there are tomato plants, pumpkin plants and onions keeping warm until they can be planted outside.
We noticed that some flowers were in bloom and that they smelt really nice.
We felt that the weather was hotter so we might not need as many layers, and when the sun was out we noticed our shadows!
We all noticed the beautiful blossom that in now on some of our trees in the playground. This inspired us to make our own blossom paintings.
