This week has been non-stop. Here are some of the things we have been up to since returning after half term. Our topic this term is Our Garden and we have been getting stuck in.
In Science we have been learning about seeds. We explored different kinds of seeds before planting our own broad beans, sunflower seeds and cress. We made predictions about which seeds would germinate first.

We had our first gardening session with Joe and were identifying common British plants in our nature garden. We found dock leaves, red dead nettle, clover and blue alkanet.

Finally, we were very lucky to have a special treat, as a reward for being class of the week – a pizza party with Mr O’Reagan! We made our pizzas before putting them in the pizza oven, which was very hot. They tasted delicious and we had such a lovely time. Well done everyone – much deserved.
