Today several year 6 students took cuttings of sage, mint and oregano from the Key Stage 2 playground.  We are hoping that they will root so we can plant them in pallet planters that are on the wall of the Key Stage 1 playground. This is because the plants that were originally planted in the pallets are not thriving, due to the large amount of shade caused by the over-hanging canopy.

Over the next 2 weeks, we are going to observe the growth of our plants and ensure they remain healthy (lots of water and sunshine). After they have rooted we will plant them in the pallets.
