Thursday March 7th 2019 was World Book Day, and at Lansbury Lawrence we celebrated our love of books all day long.
Our favourite time was when we got to read books to Reception children. Half of Kahlo class went to nursery to read with some bookworms on the grass, while half stayed behind and welcomed the children into our classroom.
It was a magical time, sharing an exciting story book together with a younger member of our school community.
After the young children left , we spent some quality time reading in silence, falling in love with our books.
