Our Year Two children have been showing a wonderful enthusiasm for music this half-term! They have enjoyed exploring different sounds, discovering how these sounds change and creating their own simple rhythms and melodies.
During our music lessons, the children have been learning to listen carefully and work together to keep in time. Many have also enjoyed adding actions to accompany the songs we are learning and talking about how music makes them feel.
It has been lovely to see their confidence grow as they perform in class. We can’t wait to continue nurturing their creativity and love for music throughout the year.
