today, year 5 participated in a recycling workshop led by two members of the Tower Hamlets Recycling Team. It was an informative and thought provoking session where children learned about how rubbish is recycled in Tower Hamlets. They reflected upon their own use of materials, to think about how they could recycle or reuse some of their materials. They produced badges using their creativity to remind themselves about recycling, but also to advocate to others the benefits of recycling!
