This week, our class joined a beautiful ballet lesson online with the Royal Ballet and Opera. We thought it was a bit magical, and it felt like being in a story. The dancers moved so softly and quickly, like they were floating, and we did the moves too. The moves made us feel happy and calm, and it was the first time most of us had seen or performed ballet. Now, we really want to try dancing like that more often.
In maths we learnt that if you go to a shop, you get change when you give them coins or notes that are too much. You will get the difference between the price and the money you paid with. You can work out your change to make sure you get the correct money.
English was also fun because we used the plan of our own stories to start writing. We are the author and the main character in our stories. We have written four chapters so far, and our character has a problem to solve.
