Where has the time gone? I cannot believe how fast the year has flown by!

Year 6, it has been an absolute pleasure to teach you this year. Every single one of you has worked incredibly hard and I am so proud of everything you have achieved.

I feel very lucky to have been part of your journey from all the hard work and determination you showed in the lead up to SATs, to watching you put together this amazing performance.

The effort, resilience and enthusiasm you have shown have been wonderful to see. You have made me smile and laugh every single day and you have truly been a pleasure to teach.

As you leave primary school and begin your next adventure, I want you to remember that you can achieve whatever you put your mind to. Believe in yourselves and continue to work hard.

Thank you for all the memories, the laughter and the joy you have brought to our classroom. I am so grateful to have been part of your Year 6 journey and I wish each and every one of you the very best for the future.

Thank Rukaiya, for your lovely reflection.

Enjoy my cheesy poem Peggy Angus Class.

Sameeha, your hard work shines so bright,
Shafaat, you never give up without a fight.

Fatima, our mathematician through and through,
Bilal, a role model in all that you do.

Maryam I and Mahmudur, quiet with a cheeky side,
Liam, with confidence and wisdom as your guide.

Zaynab, reliable every day,
Maryam A and Amaar, working hard all the way.

Rayan, your progress has been wonderful to see,
Rukaiya and Amelia, bringing kindness and positivity.

Zahraa, your humour always made us smile,
Ismail, respectful and thoughtful all the while.

Radeyah, Maisha and Ocean, caring and sweet,
The kind of friends everyone is lucky to meet.

Adam, full of energy and fun,
Safia, your kindness shines on everyone.

Adyan, Yahya and Raihan, bringing laughter each day,
Syeda, quietly impressing us in your own way.

Tabgila and Zayed, continuing to grow,
Aamilah, with a calmness that helps you glow.

Zahida and Anaya, though newer to our class,
You’ve become part of our Year 6 family at last.

As you leave primary school and start something new,
Remember there is nothing you cannot do.

We are so proud of the young people you’ve become
Year 6, your future has only just begun.

Let’s look back on our first week in Year Six.

Ms Miah 🙂
