In English we learnt about a fabulous story The Magic Paintbrush, written by Julia Donaldson. In the first lesson we painted over white sheets to reveal a “secret message”.Two of the most challenging Maths topics were fractions and rotation.In Geography we learnt to locate the seven continents and in History we had exciting lessons about a famous explorer, Christopher Columbus.Drama play in History: Ilyaas – Columbus the explorer, and his crew Eyad, Hamza, Mohamed, Tagiba. Abdul Hanan and Kiera -the King and Queen of Spain.We loved to visit the Docklands Museum at West India Quay and tried to collect interesting facts about sea trade.
