This half term, we explored an exciting history topic all about the Anglo-Saxons. We visited the Sutton Hoo exhibition at the British Museum and learned about amazing treasures from the past that were found in a burial boat. We really enjoyed making our own Anglo-Saxon style coins from clay. In small groups, we performed drama, based on our main story, Beowulf.
