Carle Class have been exploring the beautiful colours and textures of autumn! The children collected fallen leaves and used crayons to make leaf rubbings, while noticing all the different shapes and patterns. We also examined shiny conkers, talking about their shapes and how they felt, before turning them into paintbrushes — rolling and shaking them through paint to create wonderful, splattered autumn art.
