It has been a busy day for the Arts Council today! This afternoon we went to Poplar Union to look at a Bow Arts exhibition of our work alongside lots of other local schools. We also took part in a workshop with an artist called Phoebe Kaniewska. We made our own paper beads and threaded them on to ribbon. We decorated a box to put these in, and then made a wish for the summer; we had made wish beads! After a snack and a drink we headed back out into the sun.
If you are free, Bow Arts and Phoebe are running another workshop at Poplar Union tomorrow. It is making playful paper puppets, between 9.30-11am.
