Lichtenstein Class have made a soaring start to Year Five looking at the big topic of the history of the Docklands right on our doorstep. We began by looking out of out of our classroom window at the skyscrapers overlooking the playground and learning how much the area has transformed over time.
The bright, educational display was a whole class team effort, with skyscrapers, key words, banks, our very own River Thames and even a 3D model of the HSBC building!
We will be continuing our topic by learning about connections between the docklands and the rest of the world and why they have changed so much to the modern buildings we see today.
Lichtenstein have made a brilliant start to the year!
