Tagore have started this week by learning about recount writing, thinking back to their trip last week to the gardens around the school. Last week the children were split into groups to visit the edible playground and the secret garden, they found a special object that lived in the gardens and bought it back to practice their descriptive language. This week they are working hard at writing a recount of the event, making sure they put the events in the correct order and write in the first person. Do you think you can try and write a recount at home? See if you can write about something special you do this week!
