☀️ Ending the year in Goldsworthy ☀️

Hello all!

You may be interested to know what we have been up to this term. Keep reading to find out!

We started art and visited the Art room. In art, we get to have our own big books. In Autumn, we have been learning about mark making, primary colours, artists like Piet Mondrian as well as light and dark (shades and tones).

Our computer skills are constantly developing with lessons like Computing where we are learning to use our trackpad and keyboard to replicate artists work and write simple text.

We get to visit the school library also. Here, we can browse the many books and ready calmly. At the end of our library session, we enjoy a story time!

We have also been learning about Christianity and the Nativity. Here, we reenacted the story through freeze-frames.

We have been developing our Maths through many resources such as number lines, ones, number sentences, counter and ten frames.
