Year 6 at The Natural History Museum

 

An exciting day out saw Year 6 visit The Natural History Museum where we took part in many activities including a fascinating workshop about the earth’s tectonic plates and measuring earthquakes. Rayad in Hirst Class took on Mr Raynor in creating the biggest jump and thump registered on the Richter scale and won!

I Also we visited the amazing exhibition about volcanoes and experienced a simulation on being in an earthquake! A great day out!
