Today Year 5 celebrated their learning of a musical instrument by performing in their very own Music Concert. Performing to parents and children in the top hall their played pieces of music they have been learning with their instrumental tutors. It was wonderful to watch and acknowledge the children’s progress and achievement on their musical instrument.
Lichtenstien Class performed first, sharing musical pieces from the trumpet, clarinet, violin and cello.
Kahlo Class performed second and shared their learning of trombone, flute, violin and cello. Well done to all our children in Year 5 and a big thankyou to our wonderful instrumental tutors. Also, a big thankyou to our local music hub – Tower Hamlets Arts & Music Education Service (THAMES) for giving our children the opportunity to learn a music instrument.
