Hadid class was lucky enough to spend most of their last day at primary school canoeing in the sun. We walked over to Bartlett Park and paddled around the canals all morning. We rowed up and down the waterways, had races, bumped into each other and got stuck a few times, but overall we had lots and LOTS of fun. Afterwards, we had a picnic lunch in the park and got to play in the playground.
It has been an absolute pleasure to teach Hadid class this year, and this was the perfect way to finish it off. We have had such a fantastic year, in spite of everything that has happened, and I couldn’t have asked for a better bunch of kids. I know that each and every one of you will have an amazing time in secondary school and go on to accomplish great things.
I will miss you all so much and can’t wait for you to come back and visit!
