The Pupil Premium is an amount of money the government allocates to each school, to support all pupils to reach their potential. It is particularly aimed at pupils coming from disadvantaged backgrounds, who may also be in receipt of free school meals.

Lansbury Lawrence’s Pupil Premium Grant for 2016/17 is £337 600.

The pupil premium funding has enabled us to provide interventions and support as well as widening horizons and opportunites for disadvantaged pupils. As a result, by the time pupils leave the school, at the end of Year 6, we have narrowed the gap between the attainment of our pupils eligible for free school meals and non- free meals pupils.
