Dear Parents and Carers

On Tuesday we had a fantastic International Day celebration here at Lansbury Lawrence. The mayor of Tower Hamlets, John Biggs, came to to officially open our Edible Playground and nursery outside area. The sun was shining as we sang together, before watching Mayor Biggs cut the ribbon to the playground and then going on to share a delicious feast. Thank you to all of the parents and carers who cooked or bought food to share. The tables were full of amazing dishes, and it was wonderful to see our community coming together.

International Day 2018

It’s all about WOODLANDS in year 1!

In year 1, we have been learning all about the Woodlands. We have been learning about Plop, the owl who is afraid of the Dark and other Nocturnal animals. We have been investigating and collecting objects in our environment and creating a woodland collage.
