This week the sunflower children have been very busy. We went to visit our new friends, the chickens, in their coop and then used their lovely eggs to bake some delicious fortune cookies in celebration of Chinese New Year!
We loved learning about the Chinese New Year celebrations and talking about what we celebrate with our families.
We all had a turn mixing the batter and spreading it into circles to bake.
Our fortune cookies were crunchy and delicious!
